On Tuesday, April 10th, SunTrust Bank presented The MSNVA Foundation with a $10,000 contribution, in support of Project Access of Northern Virginia (PANV). 

Brian MacDonnell, Line of Business Manager in the Private Wealth Management Division remarked "SunTrust has been a supporter of PANV since its inception and has witnessed its growth of expanding access to health care for low-income, uninsured patients in Northern Virginia, SunTrust is dedicated to investing in physicians led efforts."

Brenda Dintiman, MD, MSNVA President, highlighted the long standing partnership with SunTrust and how its continued support enables the MSNVA Foundation to sustain PANV.  "Serving as a volunteer has been inspiring and rewarding, MSNVA has a commitment to serving the uninsured in our community by providing the highest quality of care. I'm moved by SunTrust's generosity and recognition for supporting a doctor-led initiative that increases patients ability to receive specialty care services from volunteer doctors.  SunTrust's financial support helps MSNVA pursue innovative programs that take a proactive approach to closing healthcare gaps for the uninsured."

Project Access of Northern Virginia (PANV) is a program of The MSNVA Foundation that provides specialty medical care to low-income, uninsured “safety net” patients who reside in Norhtern Virginia.  Currently PANV has over 450 Physician Volunteers in more than 23 specialties.
